Almost everything on our website is available immediately. Sometimes items may be on back order. However, we will work aggressively to meet your request within one week of the date of the order placed. We will do everything possible to ship orders 24 hours after receiving requests. Holiday orders may take 48 hours unless specified otherwise. If you need a holiday order immediately, please call us at 1-877-S-W-TAFFY and we will be happy to fill your order and ship it that day.

Shipping Method:

• All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 days).

• International Shipping: Provide all necessary shipping and payment information and we will confirm your order, including shipping cost, within two business days... before we debit your credit card. Please keep in mind that international orders take several weeks to receive unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy:

If you receive a damaged product please contact us immediately at 1-877-S-W-TAFFY. We will be happy to help you resolve the problem. However, returns on any other terms are not accepted although we will happily help you to make an exchange.
