Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We cannot issue refunds or exchange on any edible items once shipped. Edibles not yet shipped may be exchanged for other merchandise. Non-edibles (such as lunch boxes, etcetera) may be returned for exchange, providing they are unused and in good condition. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility.
Regrettably, shipping charges and return shipping can only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
Refunds will be processed in the manner in which you paid.
